As of September 20, 2019 I am very close to being at maximum capacity. Please use the form below if you are interested in making an appointment. From the “Availability Section” of the form you should be able to get an idea of what openings I have at the current time. If I do not have an opening at at time that works for you please consider filling out the form to be put on a waiting list. I will contact individuals from the waiting list as space becomes available based on their availability. Importantly, joining the waiting list does not constitute the beginning of treatment and if you believe you require urgent treatment please search for a therapist with current availability.

Looking for Long Island?
I have recently ended my practice in Long Island to focus exclusively on my Westchester practice. It may be some months before insurance rosters reflect this. I apologize for any inconvenience. However, I do strongly recommend my former colleagues at Psychological Services Long Island. Check out their website to read about the therapists they have there. PSLI takes many types of insurance.
I accept Empire Blue Cross/Blue Shield (Commercial Plans), Beacon (formerly Value Options), Cigna, United Health Care, United Healthcare Oxford, Optum, and Lyra (an employee benefit program).
Unfortunately I am unable to accept the Health Plus/Medicaid version of Empire BC/BS, Aetna, GHI or Emblem plans at this time.
Out of pocket rate is $150 for an initial session and $125 for each additional session forty-five minute session. If you wish to use "out of network benefits" documentation will be provided.
Based on the complexity of the symptoms you describe I may recommend that you receive an additional psychological testing. Psychological testing is a one-time fee and will range in from $50 to $100. This fee will cover the purchase, administration, and scoring a of psychological assessment measures (paper and pen questionnaires) that will be administered at the beginning of treatment and includes a follow-up measure (an additional questionnaire after 3 and 6 months and then as needed). Unfortunately, I am unable to bill insurance for this service. Instruments used vary but often include the Millon Clinical Multi-Axial Inventory IV and/or the Brief Symptom Inventory.
I have recently decided to focus my attention on treating adults (18 and older) as this is the population I have the most experience working with.
