Insurance Participation  

Long Island:  Dr. Miello is currently not accepting new clients in Long Island but call our office to be connected with other highly qualified therapists.     

Westchester: Dr. Miello accepts Empire Blue Cross/Blue Shield, Beacon (formerly Value Options), Cigna, United Health Care, and Optum. Out of pocket rate is $120 for an initial session and $100 for a forty-five minute session for individuals and $150 a session for couples (Insurance is not accepted for couple's therapy). If you wish to use "out of network benefits" documentation will be provided. Note that at this time I am unable to take Oxford Insurance at this time despite their websites listing me as participating.     

Client Ages

Dr. Miello is available to treat individuals 13 and up in his Westchester Location.  For child therapy in Long Island please consider my colleagues at by Psychological Services Long Island.
